Model assumptions

This estimate starts with a $6,000 base, scales with revenue and employee count, and adjusts for record readiness. When applicable, single audit surcharges use a $3,000 minimum and may scale with complexity.

In developing a quote, pricing may vary for federal funding sources and complexity, multiple locations, first-year audits, or complex areas such as (but not limited to) investments, leases, restricted net assets, pledges, benefit plans or endowment funds.

Note that this estimator works best for organizations with less than $5 million in annual revenues and/or fewer than 50 employees, which represents the majority of our clients. For larger organizations. it tends to overprice the audit, as there tend to be economies of scales to those audits that are not reflected in this model.
