Sapphire is our most popular package. It provides a wonderful balance of prenatal preparation, labor support, and guidance while remaining flexible for families joining us later in pregnancy.

This estimate is a planning guide. Use each slider to choose how many visits you may want in a typical week. Overnight visits are 8 hours, daytime visits are 4 hours, and the estimate updates as you move the sliders.

1 overnight visit per week for 6 weeks. Perfect for families with a strong daytime support system who would like extra sleep and guidance during the newborn period.

Balanced Support

2–3 overnight visits each week for 6–8 weeks. Our most popular recommendation for meaningful rest while remaining budget friendly.

Comprehensive Support

3–5 overnight visits each week for 8–12 weeks. Ideal for first-time parents, twins, limited family support, or families wanting consistent overnight care.

Example: if your birth recommendation is Sapphire, the birth package is $2,200. This calculator adds that package amount to your selected weekly postpartum rhythm so families can see the full planning estimate.

Every postpartum care plan includes a $500 enrollment fee due at booking. This reserves your family’s place on our calendar, secures your care team, and begins your onboarding process. Once your baby arrives and care begins, your doula bills only for the services provided each week, and many families gradually decrease support over time.

Example rhythm: Week 1: 7 nights. Weeks 2–6: 5 nights each week. Weeks 7–12: 3 nights each week. This allows for extra support during the earliest weeks while encouraging confidence and independence as your family settles into a new routine.
