Coffee Catering Landing Page with a Live Cup-Label Quote Builder

  • Make event pricing feel familiar. Cup sizes, shots, milk, and extras guide planners through building a coffee catering package.
  • Put the package and price on the same cup label. Visitors see their selections, total, and cost per guest update together.
  • Show what extra staffing changes. Planners can compare barista counts, estimated waits, and prices before they enquire.

About this template

A coffee catering quote builder for mobile coffee businesses that price events by guest count, service hours, menu, and staffing. Visitors choose their package through a café-style order menu and watch their estimate appear on a takeaway cup label.

Cup sizes set the headcount. Espresso shots set the hours. Milk choices select the menu tier, and pumps add the extras. The familiar format gives event planners a clear starting point for exploring your service.

  • Four guest-count presets, with an exact headcount field for events between sizes.
  • One to six service hours and Classic, Alt-milk, or Signature menu choices.
  • Optional logo cups, a foam printer, cart branding, and pastries, with indoor, outdoor, and travel options.
  • Relaxed, Standard, and Express staffing choices that update the barista count, estimated peak wait, and price.
  • A personalised cup label showing the event name, selected package, estimated drinks, carts, total, and cost per guest.
  • An expandable price breakdown and a date-hold enquiry form with name and email fields.
  • A bold café-inspired design with oversized type, yellow accents, illustrated cup sizes, menu photography, a service timeline, and FAQs.

Planners can compare the cost of a larger event, a richer menu, or extra staff before starting an enquiry. For the business, the template provides a concrete way to explain how package choices affect the estimate.

Order Up is the example brand. Photos, reviews, business statistics, service promises, availability data, and pricing assumptions are sample content.

Instructions

  1. Make the café yours. Replace Order Up, the cup logo, photography, service area, and contact details. Update the yellow accent colour and typography to suit your brand.
  2. Define your packages. Review the four size presets, exact-headcount limits, service hours, menu tiers, and extras. Keep the cup label, menu descriptions, and package labels consistent.
  3. Set your rates. Update the RATES table and fallback values for setup, staffing, drinks, extras, generator hire, travel, minimum spend, weekend pricing, and last-cart surcharges. Check the total and per-guest amount against your own quotes.
  4. Review capacity and availability. Set your drink-throughput assumptions, staffing rules, cart capacity, and BOOKINGS table data. The current date logic reads a table; a live calendar connection and automatic inventory reservation have not been verified. Maintain that data or connect your scheduling process before using availability messages.
  5. Replace sample proof and promises. Review ratings, event counts, testimonials, wait-time claims, venue requirements, and invoice terms. Set your actual hold period and deposit policy. Payment collection is not implemented in this flow.
  6. Route enquiries to your team. Replace hello@orderup.example in the email action. Review the reply-to setting, message contents, and submission-table field mapping. Email delivery and stored submissions require an end-to-end test before launch.
  7. Check the confirmation behaviour. The confirmation currently follows the submitted state rather than the action-success state. Make sure failed actions cannot display a successful hold. Define how your team confirms a request and reserves capacity. Replace the sample order-number formula if you need unique enquiry references.
  8. Test the complete experience. Check size presets, custom headcounts, hours, each menu tier, extras, staffing, venue options, and date restrictions. Test invalid form entries, successful and failed submissions, and the layout on desktop and mobile before publishing.
