Follow these steps to make the template your own:

  4. Update the tax rate Set the tax percentage in the quote summary to match your local tax requirements
  5. Adjust the guest count defaults Set a sensible default and any minimum or maximum guest count relevant to your business
  6. Customise the quote summary labels Update the line item descriptions in the summary panel to match your terminology
  7. Update the CTA Change the button label and connect it to your email, CRM, or booking system
  8. Update the support link Replace the email address in the support prompt with your actual contact address
  9. Customise client detail fields Add or remove form fields to match the information you need before preparing a formal quote
  10. Match your branding Update colours, fonts, and labels to align with your visual identity
