Photography Landing Page with Session Estimates and a Personalised Consultation Brief

  • Three photography services, relevant questions for each. Wedding, portrait, and brand clients build a scope around the decisions that affect their shoot.
  • A price range with the work behind it. Visitors see example coverage, deliverables, and relevant allowances before deciding whether to enquire.
  • A consultation brief before the conversation. The planner brings together scope, budget, creative direction, timing, and preparation notes in a copyable summary.

About this template

For photographers who need to understand the shoot before they can give a useful price.

This template turns portfolio interest into a proposed scope, budget range, and consultation brief. Wedding, portrait, and brand clients follow questions relevant to their session and see their estimate before sharing contact details.

  • Three session routes with wedding questions about coverage and locations, portrait questions about people and setting, and brand questions about subjects and image usage
  • Scope-based estimates combining the session price with relevant allowances for location transfers, studio hire, or commercial usage
  • Visible pricing assumptions explaining the estimated range, example coverage, edited-image count, inclusions, and exclusions
  • Personalised preparation notes helping visitors organise timelines, group combinations, shot priorities, and other details relevant to their shoot
  • Copyable consultation brief bringing the estimate, scope, creative direction, timing, location, and preparation notes into one summary
  • Enquiry after the estimate requesting name and email, with an optional message and a separate contact-permission checkbox
  • Portfolio story sections presenting the proposed brief, photographic approach, and deliverables for weddings, portraits, and brand work
  • Practical FAQs and next steps explaining what needs discussing before a date, fee, and final scope are agreed

Visitors can judge whether the scope and budget fit before getting in touch. Your first conversation has a clearer starting point for discussing coverage, deliverables, and how the photographs will be used.

Stillframe is a fictional studio. The imagery, project stories, deliverables, and EUR rates are examples. Adapt the template with the ConvertSite AI assistant, or connect Claude or ChatGPT.

Instructions

  1. Replace the studio identity and photography. Update Stillframe, introduce the photographer, and replace every stock image with your own work.
  2. Turn the example stories into real projects. Add completed wedding, portrait, and brand galleries with accurate briefs, coverage, deliverables, and approved client attribution.
  3. Adapt the three session routes. Keep the services you offer and adjust the questions about wedding coverage, portrait groups, locations, brand subjects, and image usage.
  4. Set your session prices and deliverables. Replace the sample EUR rates, coverage hours, participant limits, production scope, and edited-image counts. Keep the introductory prices consistent with the calculator.
  5. Configure the pricing allowances. Review the sample 25% scope allowance, rounding to €25, and separate travel, studio-hire, and commercial-usage allowances. State your currency and tax treatment clearly.
  6. Review what changes the estimate. Style preference and date flexibility currently affect the brief, not the price. Confirm that this matches your pricing approach and explain any adjustments you introduce.
  7. Rewrite the preparation guidance. Tailor each route’s advice to your process, including wedding timelines, portrait-session preparation, brand shot lists, and usage discussions.
  8. Update the service terms and FAQs. Define your editing, delivery, gallery access, travel, licensing, weather, rescheduling, and booking policies. Replace the response-time placeholder with your actual reply window.
  9. Configure enquiry delivery. Add your privacy notice and choose where requests go. The template states that no automatic email is configured, so set up any acknowledgement you want clients to receive.
  10. Test all three journeys. Check estimates, preparation notes, the consultation brief, and the return-to-edit flow. Verify that the received enquiry includes the selected scope and estimate, and keep date availability subject to your confirmation.
