About this template

A coffee catering landing page for mobile baristas who need to show their service and help planners shape an event before they request a date hold. It combines brand storytelling with a signature drink builder, a service planner, and a sample price estimate.

  • An interactive signature drink builder for choosing a base, milk, sweetener, finish, and hot or iced service, then naming the drink
  • A branded drink preview that places the event name and signature drink on the cup and in the foam artwork
  • An event plan with occasion, guest count, service hours, venue ZIP code, event date, and preferred line speed
  • A selectable menu with up to four additional drinks alongside the signature recipe
  • Optional service extras including a latte printer, printed cup sleeves, cart wrap and menu board, and a pastry table
  • Four cart wrap colors with Cherry red, Leaf green, Honey, and Black choices
  • An updating service estimate with staffing, cart and drink estimates, an itemized price breakdown, total, per-guest amount, and sample deposit
  • A date-hold request path with name and email fields, plus connected email and submission-table actions
  • Planning details covering cart footprint, power needs, service capacity, event use cases, a sample run sheet, and FAQs

Visitors get a tailored drink and event service plan with a sample estimate before they request a date hold. The caterer receives each request with details about the occasion, date, headcount, menu, and service requirements.

Update the service options, pricing, and rules in ConvertSite without needing a developer for every change. Use the template's questions and estimate logic as a starting point for deciding what to ask, how to price the service, and which requests fit your capacity.

Brand details, menu, photography, testimonial, dates, availability, rates, and pricing rules are examples. The date-hold email is currently addressed to a ConvertSite sample support inbox, and the displayed date availability is not connected to a live calendar. The deposit is informational; this page does not collect payment.

Instructions

  1. Replace the sample brand. Update Bloom Bar, the logo, contact details, service area, photography, and event copy.
  2. Set up the signature drink choices. Edit the base, milk, sweetener, finish, and temperature options. Check that the generated drink name and recipe description match each combination.
  3. Update the menu. Replace the sample drinks, confirm the maximum of four additional menu selections, and check how each selection appears in the service summary.
  4. Replace the sample pricing. Review setup, staffing, drink, weekend, travel-zone, and add-on rates. Confirm the total, per-guest figure, and displayed deposit against your own pricing rules.
  5. Set your event assumptions. Change guest and hour defaults, service capacity, line-speed staffing, cart count, ZIP-code coverage, venue requirements, and date logic. Availability is sample data until connected to a live calendar.
  6. Configure service extras and cart colors. Update the latte printer, sleeves, cart wrap, pastry table, their sample costs, and the Cherry red, Leaf green, Honey, and Black choices to match your offer.
  7. Route the date-hold request. Replace the current support@convertsite.com recipient, review the email contents and reply-to field, and verify the submission-table destination and stored fields.
  8. Define the hold and deposit process. The current page collects a name and email for a hold request and displays a sample deposit. Connect any real scheduling, confirmation, or payment process you intend to use.
  9. Replace sample proof and planning details. Update the testimonial, event examples, FAQ answers, run sheet, cart footprint, power requirements, capacity, photos, and default date.
  10. Test the estimate and request flow. Check small and large guest counts, different service lengths and ZIP codes, each line speed, menu limits, add-ons, date availability, totals, the email action, and the submission-table write before publishing.
