Fix document generation and publishing issues

Cause: The document you selected for generation is not published yet.

Fix: Publish the document before generating it or selecting it as an email attachment. Once it's published, the document becomes selectable for generation.

Cause: The editor failed to render the document's PDF preview. The document editor shows a PDF preview rather than a normal site preview.

Fix: Re-render the preview and check the document layout. When the preview renders successfully, it appears in the editor.

Cause: A map element could not be captured as a JPEG image during the preview, so the preview shows a placeholder in its place.

Fix: This is expected in the preview. The map appears in the live, published version of the document.

Cause: Generation did not finish within the 60-second timeout.

Fix: Retry generation. Also confirm the document is published, since a draft cannot be generated.

Cause: One of several conditions can block publishing: the workspace is not approved to publish, the subscription is cancelled, the plan does not include a feature you're using, there is no active plan, the trial must be started before publishing, the editor lock is missing, or a recent save failed.

Fix: Resolve the specific blocking condition. Approve or activate the workspace, make sure you have an active plan or trial, remove features outside your plan, or retry after a save failure.

Cause: The runtime can report that the document does not exist, that it is not published, or that the workspace doesn't have an active subscription.

Fix: Confirm the document exists and is published, and that the workspace has an active subscription.
