Accept a workspace invitation
Open the invite link your workspace owner shared with you and select Join to enter their workspace. ConvertSite does not send an invitation email: the owner copies an invite link (it looks like /invites/...) and shares it with you directly. This article covers the matching-account, different-account, signed-out, and unavailable-link cases; if you would rather not join, the invitation page also links to the Create workspace page.
Accept the invitation
You must sign in with the account whose email address the invitation was sent to. Any other account cannot accept it.
Open the invite link the workspace owner shared with you. The invitation page shows the workspace name and the number of members.
If you are not signed in, sign in with the invited email account. If you are asked to complete onboarding, finish it; you return to the same invitation page afterwards, and so does the invitation itself.
Check that the workspace name and member count are the workspace you expect.
Select Join.
The invitation is consumed, so its link can no longer be reused. The workspace becomes active for you and you are sent to the workspace dashboard at /dashboard.
Pending invitations also appear on your Workspaces page at /workspaces, alongside your existing workspaces. Each invitation has a Join button that accepts it. When the search field is available on the Workspaces page, searching also matches pending invitations by workspace name.
If you are signed in with a different account
Only the account with the invited email address can accept the invitation. When you open the link with another signed-in account, the page shows "This invitation belongs to another account".
Select Sign in with another account.
Sign in with the email account the invitation was sent to.
Your invitation destination is kept, so you land back on the same invitation page and can select Join.
If the link doesn't work
Invite links do not expire after a set time. A link stops working only when the owner has canceled it, it has already been accepted, or it is otherwise unavailable. In those cases you see an "Invitation unavailable" page.
Ask the workspace owner for a new invite link. Only the owner can create one, from Workspace Settings > Members; see Manage workspace members.
Create a workspace instead
If you would rather not join the workspace, select Create a new workspace instead on the invitation page. It opens the Create workspace page at /workspaces/new, where you can set up your own workspace.
