What ConvertSite Analytics measures
ConvertSite Analytics shows how visitors use your Site or Embed app β how many come, what they do, where they drop off, and what each visit is worth. It combines a traffic and engagement dashboard on one page with a separate Conversion value page for tracked business results.
Analytics is available for Site and Embed apps only. Document apps do not have Analytics or conversion tracking. The dashboard and conversion pages load a chosen period, which defaults to Last 7 days and also offers Last 24 hours, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, and Last 12 months.
The chart panel
The chart panel plots three engagement metrics over the selected period: Visitors (daily unique visitors), Sessions (daily visits), and Session duration (average time per session). Visitors and Sessions are shown by default; Session duration is hidden until you enable it by clicking it in the chart legend.
Traffic panels
The traffic panels break visits down by channel and audience. Each panel lists rows sorted by session count, and clicking a row filters the whole dashboard by that value.
Channels β how visitors arrived, such as direct, search, or referrals.
Sources β the sites or channels that referred visitors.
UTM β your UTM campaign data, shown by medium by default (Medium, Campaign, Content, Source, or Term).
Devices β the device type by default, switchable to Browser or Operating system.
Pages β which pages visitors viewed, counted by page view rather than session. This panel appears only for Site apps; Embed apps do not show it.
Funnels
Funnels show where visitors drop off as they move through your app. Each funnel is a series of steps based on tracked events β Visited page, Visited view, or Event β and each column shows how many unique visitors reached that step and how many dropped off before it. When no funnels exist, the dashboard shows an empty state prompting you to create one.
Conversion value
The Conversion value page (separate from the analytics dashboard) tracks the business value your app generates. You set up one or more conversion goals, each connected to a component or variable that counts a value β for example, clicks on a βsend quoteβ button or a variable summing a total price. Each goal shows as a card with a chart of tracked value over time; deleting a goal removes all of its tracked data.
